PRESENTATION FORMAT: We encourage you to use our on-line application. Please DO NOT send tapes, DVD’s, CD’s, brochures or bound proposals. No submitted materials will be returned.
NOTIFICATION OF APPLICATION RECEIPT: Upon receipt of the application an email will be sent to the contact person noted in the application. Please note that, incomplete applications will not be considered for funding so please ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed and submitted all of the requested information.
REVIEW & RESPONSE: The trustees meet three-four times throughout the year to evaluate larger proposals though no set time-table has been established. Typically, applications are reviewed within three months of receipt. If additional information is required the Foundation staff will contact the organization with questions.
Upon completion of the review by the Trustees, a letter of acceptance or declination will be sent within two-three weeks of the decision. You will be advised as soon as possible of the decision by the Trustees.
EVALUATION & ACCOUNTABILITY: It is the desire of the Foundation to ensure that the organizations they support are good stewards of the resources entrusted them. In each application, the organizations must outline how they intend to utilize the funds received.
