3.  There is no spell check feature on this form.  It is recommended that you write and save your responses in Word or Notepad, then cut and paste your work into the application.  Please note that certain formatting, like bullets and numbering, have difficulty translating into this application and they are not recommended.

4.  At the final stage of the on-line application process you will be asked to attach certain documents.  Please have the following documents ready to attach to your request:   

a)  A scanned copy of your organization's budget (PDF)

b)  A scanned copy listing the members of the organization's board of trustees

c)  Optional:  up to three photos of your organization or project (JPEG preferred)
